Hi, I’m Leslie. I’m a therapist who believes healing happens through empathy, humor, and connection. With 16 years of experience—from schools to nonprofits to private practice—I support adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, parenting, perinatal mental health, and workplace stress.

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and exposure and response prevention (ERP), while bringing curiosity and compassion into each session. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
